The ACA member ID cards that are displayed in the printed versions of the 2026 Product & Sales Guide for Individual and Family Plans have been updated. We made these updates to align with new ID card content requirements.

We have created a document with updated ACA member ID cards. Please reference this document when enrolling your clients in 2026 ACA individual and family plans.

What You Need To Know

• The product type indicator on the bottom of the card has changed. All cards display PPO for claims processing purposes.
• We removed the suitcase.
• The upper right-hand corner displays key information regarding the plan's network.

The digital version of the 2026 Product & Sales Guide for Individual and Family Plans has also been updated and loaded to Storefront.
