Beginning Dec. 18, emails will be released to agents encouraging them to create an account for the new Agent Connection portal. Agent Connection is our exciting, new interactive portal designed to help agents and agencies manage their business and streamline processes.

Agents will receive an agent bulletin this afternoon explaining the new platform and providing instructions for how to create their account. What type of communication they receive depends on how they receive their commissions:

• Agents and Agencies using Agent Connection for commission
• Agents and Agencies not using Agent Connection for commission

Agents will receive an email from ais@notifications.sap.com. This message will include an invitation for them to create their account.

More About Agent Connection

• Phase I (launching Dec. 18): Select agents and agencies will be able to manage commissions.
• Phase II (early 2026): New functionality will be live to help agents manage their book of business and enrollment platforms.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING COMMISSION:
The timing for commission payments for all commercial business will be different with Agent Connection. Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, your notice of deposit (NOD) will be available no later than the sixth business day of the month. This does not include holidays. Make sure to make any adjustments needed based on this new schedule. Medicare Advantage commissions will continue to pay on the current schedule
