The renewal file in BASES has a new column to help you easily identify members on a regional ACA plan with a current prescription drug(s) that will be affected by a prescription drug formulary change in 2026. 

This update will allow you to assist your clients as they choose a health plan for 2026.

What Is New: 

• Column AR: Named Rx
  • Y = medication(s) affected
  • N = medication(s) not affected

The following ACA regional plans are impacted by the prescription drug formulary changes.

• Blue Beaufort
• Blue Congaree
• Blue Cooper
• Blue Pee Dee
• Blue Reedy
