Heads Up: Paperless ACA Individual/Family Renewal Packets

ACA Individual and Family subscribers will receive their 2026 Renewal Packet via email later this month. Renewal Packets will be available on My Health Toolkit®, and the subscriber will be notified via email when their packet is available. We will no longer mail renewal packets to subscribers if we have an email address on file for them.
With paperless delivery, members can enjoy a faster and more secure way to access their renewal packet. We have over 90 percent of our subscriber's email addresses on file, which makes this a viable delivery option. Subscribers who do not have an email address with us will receive a paper copy of their Renewal Packet in the mail.
Important! What You Need to Know This Year
The estimated 2026 premium amounts WILL NOT be included in renewal kits.
CMS provided a safe harbor to carriers that will postpone the release of premium information until after the required renewal notices are distributed. This is due to the significant changes expected to advanced premium tax credits (APTC) for the 2026 benefit year.
Members will receive a communication likely in early November that will have their 2026 premium information included. We will communicate details on this in a follow-up agent bulletin.
Member Communications
We have communications going out sharing this change via email and text message. The first set of communications will go out tomorrow, Oct. 21. Members will also be made aware that their 2026 premium will not be in their renewal packet.
