  • Enroll now through Dec. 31, 2025.
• Feb. 1, 2026, Effective Date
  • Enroll Jan. 1 – Jan. 31, 2026.
  • Important: Enrollments completed through Blue Individual and Family Connect from Dec. 16, 2025, through Jan. 15, 2026, will also have a Feb. 1, 2026, effective date.
