Jan. 14, 2026
Agent Connection Portal Will Be Your Central Hub for All Platforms
Get ready for Agent Connection! If you haven’t already created an account, now is the time. Our new interactive portal that allows you to view your BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice HealthPlan clients, access commission statements, track your training, access agent tools like My Business Manager (MBM) and more.
Agent Connection will be your starting point as an agent or agency.
We encourage you to establish your profile as soon as possible to take advantage of this new functionality.
- Phase 1 (Live Now): Manage commissions with improved visibility and access.
- Phase 2 (Coming Soon): In the coming weeks, agents will begin to log on to Agent Connection as the primary access point for BlueCross and BlueChoice. This central platform will have quick links to tools like marketing materials, BASES and MBM. MBM log in pages will no longer be found on the BlueCross and BlueChoice agent webpages. Those log in pages will be changed to Agent Connection, so be sure to prepare by setting up your profile and accessing Agent Connection.
What You Need To Do
1. Set up your account.
You were invited to create your account via email on Dec. 18.
- Look for an email from ias@notifications.sap.com.
- Open the link in that message to create your account.
- Once you are in the portal, set up a multifactor authentication (MFA) method using your email address.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox or junk folder, contact MBM.AgentTechSupport@bcbssc.com to help reset your profile and gain access.
2. Access your December 2025 commission statements.
The Agent Connection link is currently available in MBM for you to begin using upon account creation. Commissions prior to December 2025 will not be available in Agent Connection. You can download your prior information from MBM. As of Jan. 2026, Commissions statements are now paperless.
If you are paid commissions directly, you will have statements in Agent Connection. If you are paid by your agency, your agency will be able to provide your commission statement. However, you will have access to your book of business and the other tools mentioned above when Phase II is introduced.
The timing for commission payments for all commercial business will be different with Agent Connection. As of Jan. 1, 2026, your Notice of Deposit (NOD) will be available no later than the sixth business day of each month. This does not include holidays. Make sure to make any adjustments needed based on this new schedule. Medicare Advantage commissions will continue to pay on the current schedule.
